Groundbreaking July 17, 2026!

Join Teton Valley Housing on July 17, 2026 at 3pm to celebrate the groundbreaking of the 175 Front Street affordable housing project. Our partners, NW Real Estate Capital Corp, are building 23 below-market apartments plus three Teton County, Idaho employee housing units. The development will serve households earning between 40 and 80 percent of Area Median Income and will contribute to a more vibrant, walkable downtown neighborhood.

“This project is about strengthening the fabric of our community,” said Jerod Pfeffer, Executive Director of Teton Valley Housing. “The 175 Front Street development helps ensure that the people who make this community work have the opportunity to live here.”

The development is within walking distance of downtown businesses, services, parks, and civic amenities. Ground-floor commercial space is also planned as part of the mixed-use project, further contributing to the vitality of downtown Driggs.

The project was made possible through an award from the Idaho Workforce Housing Fund, federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, federal HOME funds, and fee waivers from the City of Driggs. The land was donated by Teton County to Teton Valley Housing, which is leasing it to Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp.

The project includes 10 one-bedroom, 6 two-bedroom, and 7 three-bedroom units and is expected to remain under construction through 2027. Leasing information will be announced as the project approaches completion.
