Affordable Housing Project
The 175 Front Street project, having received an award of $4M in state funding and City zoning approval, is in the permitting phase. The project is located on the south third of the old county road & bridge yard along Front Street in Driggs, a half-block north of Depot Square, which NWRECC also developed. The project will provide 23 apartments affordable to those earning less than 80% of the Area Median Income, as well as three Teton County employee units.
Construction is expected to begin in May 2026, with units ready for occupancy in 2027.
