Affordable Housing Project

The 175 Front Street project, having received an award of $4M in state funding and City zoning approval, is in the design phase. The project is located on the south third of the old county road & bridge yard along Front Street in Driggs, a half-block north of Depot Square, which NWRECC is also developing. The project will provide 28 apartments that will be affordable to those earning less than 80% of the Area Median Income, as well as ground-floor space for use by Teton County.

The project, as currently conceived by NWRECC is a 3-story mixed-use building similar to Depot Square, albeit slightly smaller and with less commercial space. The project is in the design phase now. As new information (including design documents, schedules and lease applications) is available, it will be posted here. Construction is expected to begin in 2025, with units ready for occupancy in 2026.
