There is no silver bullet to solve the community's housing needs (see the 2022 Housing Needs Assessment ), but with a broad array of partnerships and a comprehensive strategic approach, we can make a huge difference in the lives of our residents, the capacity of our businesses and the effectiveness of our public services. That said, TCJHA is not a taxing entity and relies on funding support from foundations, other organizations and individuals to keep moving the needle towards our vision and goals.
