Affordable Housing Project
Depot Square is a mixed-use project that is under construction at the corner of Depot Street and Front Street in Driggs. The project was completed in August 2023 and includes 30 deed-restricted affordable apartments as well as retail spaces, live-work units and business incubator spaces.
Apartments & Leasing
The nonprofit developer, Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp (NWRECC) is leasing 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments that are deed-restricted as affordable to households earning under 60% of the Area Median Income as well as a 2-bedroom live-work unit that is deed-restricted as affordable. NWRECC is still accepting lease applications for the apartments, although there is now a waiting list. To receive an application, email: depotsquare@nwrecc.org or call (208) 813-3959. Depot Square is located adjacent to a bike path and two blocks from the 7 acre Primrose Park and close to transit and shopping.
